How long of a commitment do I have to make?

A commitment of six weeks is the minimum that we can work together.  We can always go for more if needed!

How much does it cost?

Sessions start at $600 for a commitment of six weeks with one session a week.  If you can’t make a session, I require a 24-hour notice to reschedule.

Where do we meet?

Our weekly sessions will be online, via a video conference platform.  I like to use Zoom, but if you prefer something else, such as Skype, that’s great, too!  Whatever works best for you.

What can I expect in a session?

Each session will be 50 minutes long.  We’ll be working on a particular goal or objective that you have in mind.  And looking for underlying, subconscious reasons that may be holding you back from reaching your true potential.  Mostly, you will be doing the introspection and coming up with the answers yourself.  I’ll be your guide, asking probing questions.  There will be “homework” for you to do during the week.
